“Speak and may the plague take you” A senior thesis film by Cody Duckworth Drama/Comedy Production dates in October 2009 (pending) In this surreal existential-dramedy, a writer amidst the brink of sanity and fatigue struggles to complete his story. Outside his bedroom window his inner thoughts have manifested themselves as living storybook characters, compelling him to improve and alter his story. When he loses control, he threatens to kill off his main character, a now living entity who steals his typewriter and escapes. Now he must follow him through a series of fantastic environments in order to retrieve the typewriter and kill off the main character in a transcendent attempt to teach his thoughts a valuable lesson in living.
