Beebole, The King, & the Laugh is an animated short film about a young boy named Beebole, who cannot control his laughter in a place where laughter is against the law. Generations ago, his great, great, great, (and so on) grandfather accidently laughed at the King when his Majesty tripped on his kingly robes, spilling him onto the floor of the court for all to see. This outraged the King greatly, and he passed the first 'Laughing Law' which prohibited laughing at all. One day, Beebole accidentally laughs at the King when something embarrassing happens to him [King]. What will become of Beebole?
